A shift that normally would have required years, has been brought about in a matter of months with the onslaught of the Covid19 pandemic. While this has been achieved, resources have been stretched and strained beyond limits and as many of these processes become permanent, resilience is of utmost importance.

• Create discussion rooms/forums for triage
• Run Table-Top exercises in drill mode to fine-tune SOPs and response
• Finally, analyse the data generated to improve reaction times and processes and spot patterns to be able to take proactive measures for prevention
